When I was served th...OK Chris, I'll be honest. When I was served the beer at the restaurant, it was freezing cold. We all know that this dampens the flavor, right? Some beers it's OK, but it's not usually what a craft beer maker wants. Frankly, it wasn't really carbonated well; it was very flat (see the head). Then there was the slight sourness. I'm pretty sure it was off. The tea beer I took home however, was pretty good. It had that salty taste that tea does, but a nice flowery fragrance from the hops. It wasn't off. I would drink that again: actually I want to try it again.
